Elaine’s been featured on the TODAY Show, Martha Stewart Living Today, PBS, CNN, and numerous radio programs, magazines, and newspapers worldwide. She’s an exercise physiologist, sports nutritionist, yoga therapist and weight management specialist, and received her Master's degree and Certification from Columbia University, New York. Elaine’s a columnist for FitYoga magazine (Yoga Pantry) and the author of over 500 articles and 7 books. She conducts yoga, diet, fitness, and weight loss lectures, workshops, and cooking/​yoga demonstrations for media, corporations, universities, and hospitals. Elaine works with athletes, performers and individuals to help them reach and maintain their diet, fitness and performance goals.
